megli Inc.（以下「当社」）は、ゲーム「予兆」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本ポリシーを定めます。
本サービスは、以下の外部サービスを利用します。各社の取り扱いは各社のポリシーに従います。
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した個人情報を上記の目的の範囲を超えて第三者に提供することはありません。
本サービスの「AI物語」「生成モード」では、会話の生成および品質確認のため、入力された会話データをAI処理サービス（Anthropic）へ送信します。当社が利用するAnthropicの商用APIは、その規約に基づき、送信されたデータを生成AIモデルの学習には使用しません。データは生成処理および不正利用の監視のために一時的に取り扱われた後、提供元の方針に従って取り扱われます。会話入力欄には、氏名・連絡先など個人を特定できる情報を入力しないようお願いします。
本サービスでは、第三者配信の広告サービス（Google AdSense / AdMob 等）を利用する場合があります。これらの広告配信事業者は、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するため、本サービスや他のサイト・アプリへのアクセスに関する情報（Cookie等。氏名・住所・電話番号などは含まれません）を使用することがあります。
Googleを含む第三者配信事業者によるCookieの使用については、Googleの広告に関するポリシーおよびパートナーサイトでのデータ使用についてをご覧ください。
利用者は、パーソナライズ広告を次の方法で無効にできます：

本サービスが利用する上記の外部サービス（Google、Anthropic、Cloudflare 等）では、データが日本国外（米国を含む）のサーバーで処理・保存されることがあります。本サービスを利用することで、利用者はこのような国外への移転に同意するものとします。当社は、移転先においても適切な保護が図られるよう努めます。
端末内のデータ（生年月日を含む）は、ブラウザのデータ削除や本サービスの操作により削除できます。ログアウトによりログイン情報を端末から削除します。クラウドに保存されたデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
利用者は、当社が保有する自己の個人情報について、開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・第三者提供の停止を求めることができます。また、広告のパーソナライズについては上記5のリンクからいつでもオプトアウトできます。これらのご請求は、下記の連絡先（shiduki@megli.jp）までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、法令に従い対応します。
EEAまたは英国にお住まいの利用者には、GDPR（一般データ保護規則）が適用されます。
処理の法的根拠：
利用者の権利：アクセス、訂正、消去（忘れられる権利）、処理の制限、データポータビリティ、異議申立て、および同意の撤回を行う権利があります。
苦情の申立て：利用者は、居住国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。
※公開前に確認：EEA/英国を主要市場とする場合、GDPR第27条のEU/UK代理人の選任が必要になることがあります。カリフォルニア州の住民には、次の権利があります：取得情報を知る権利、削除を求める権利、訂正を求める権利、個人情報の「販売」または「共有」のオプトアウト、および権利行使を理由に差別されない権利。
当社は金銭と引き換えに個人情報を販売することはありません。ただし、広告のパーソナライズを目的としたCookie等の利用は、CCPA上の「共有（クロスコンテキスト行動広告）」に該当する場合があります。利用者は、上記5の広告設定リンク、またはブラウザのGlobal Privacy Control（GPC）シグナルによりオプトアウトできます。権利の行使は下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
当社は、取得した個人情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損を防止するため、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）やアクセス制限など、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
本サービスはあらゆる年齢の方にご利用いただけます。ただし13歳未満の方は、保護者の同意のうえご利用ください。当社は、13歳未満の利用者から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。また、保護者の同意なく13歳未満の利用者を対象とした広告のパーソナライズは行いません。
本ポリシーおよび本サービスの利用に関しては、日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当社の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、利用者の居住国の消費者保護法その他の強行法規により認められる権利を妨げるものではありません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページにて告知します。

megli Inc. ("we") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding how user information is handled in the game "The Tell" / "予兆" (the "Service").
The Service uses the following external services, each governed by its own policy:
Except as required by law, we do not provide collected personal information to third parties beyond the purposes stated above.
In the Service's "AI Story" and generation modes, conversation data you enter is sent to an AI processing service (Anthropic) to generate conversations and check their quality. Under its terms, the Anthropic commercial API does not use submitted data to train generative AI models. Data is handled temporarily for generation and abuse monitoring, then handled according to the provider's policies. Please do not enter personally identifying information (such as your name or contact details) into conversation inputs.
The Service may use third-party advertising services (e.g., Google AdSense / AdMob). These advertising providers may use information about your visits to this and other sites or apps (such as cookies; this does not include your name, address, or phone number) in order to show ads relevant to your interests.

You can opt out of personalized advertising via:

The external services used by the Service (Google, Anthropic, Cloudflare, etc.) may process and store data on servers outside Japan, including in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We take steps to ensure appropriate protection at the destination.
Data stored on your device (including your date of birth) can be deleted by clearing your browser data or through the Service. Signing out removes login information from your device. To request deletion of data stored in the cloud, please contact us below.
You may request access to, correction of, addition to, deletion of, suspension of use of, or suspension of third-party provision of, your personal information held by us. You may also opt out of ad personalization at any time via the links in Section 5. To make such requests, contact us at shiduki@megli.jp. We will respond in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.
If you are located in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR applies to you.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of cookies for ad personalization may constitute "sharing" (cross-context behavioral advertising) under the CCPA. We implement necessary and appropriate security measures—such as encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls—to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
The Service is available to users of all ages. Children under 13 should use it with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13, and we do not serve personalized advertising to users under 13 without parental consent.
This Policy and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the court of first instance. This does not limit any rights granted to you under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may revise this Policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
